Through the horse, riders discover a sense of independence and freedom.
- Some have a hard time understanding and managing their feelings
- Some have muscles that are so tight, it limits their independence
Participants partner with the unique attributes of the horse to:
- Build confidence and self esteem
- Improve posture and coordination
- Exercise and strengthen weak muscles
- Teach “being in the moment” of total concentration
- Improve balance and body awareness
Prospective Participants:

- Complete and submit the necessary forms
- Once accepted, the rider is placed into the next available session.
